As of this afternoon I still have more than 400 people to add to the NaBloPoMo links list. My god, do you people know what you're signing up for? Thirty days of anxiety, that's what. However, blessings be upon your heads, there are more prizes being offered! The singular Mason herself is offering both a copy of her book and a t-shirt with a four-letter word on it. Actually, it has three four-letter words on it, only one of which will make your grandma hit you with a spoon. And Deb of 60 bugs is offering a hand-embroidered tee. I have two of her t-shirts and I can vouch for their durability and exceeding craftiness. So post every day and you'll be entered to win! Void where prohibited; may contain traces of nuts.
Truth be told, I am feeling precariously close to unable to dig out from under this mountain of Internet and Actual Work I'm so behind on, and I am thinking of hiring an intern. A George, if you will. Actually, I think I'd have more fun with a Robert.

I tried to find Maggie's book and it was gone from every freaking bookstore around. Even the library copy was gone with 5 reserves on it. Hopeless. I guess when you live in a blogging town, you have to be a bit more on the ball than I currently am.

I don't think I was taking it very seriously until you mentioned the shirt that Maggie is going to offer and pretty much? That's all I want! I love that entirely inappropriate shirt. Of course, I'd have to wear it inside my bedroom because the kids can read. And I'd never be able to wear it to school because the other teachers might frown on that. Then, of course, there's banning it from wearing it to see Granny. But all the other times? I'd wear that shirt.
Your shirt, however, is fine to wear at all times. So, I do. Entirely appropriate - that's you, Mrs. Kennedy.

The weird thing is that there's an empty space, for no apparent reason, on your list right where my blog's name would go. So possibly I am on the list, but invisibly.
