We watched Broken English over the weekend and there’s this one part where Parker Posey’s character is recovering from an anxiety attack and she asks her new, uncomplicated French lover if he thinks she’s going to turn into her mother. And he says no, what happens is that you pick up where your parents left off.
So, I liked that.
Hopefully with the an attempt to do it better…….knowledge is power.
Crap, I’m doomed either way. Oh, and so is my boyfriend.
Oh, well. I guess it’s probably already happened.
