I thought you had to be 13 to use FB. Am I wrong?
My sister suggested her son (Who is 9) to be a Facebook friend for me. I ignored it.
Not that I do anything he shouldn;t see, but this kid has had a TV in his room (IN HIS ROOM) since he was five (FIVE).
Suffice it to say, my sister and I parent differently.
My stepmom lets her teenage kids (my siblings) be on the computer, but the computers are on a desk in the kitchen living room. I think that when the time comes that my kids are older and on the Internet, we'll do the same.
Unrelated: I played a word in Lexulous. Your turn
Yeah, I believe the FB rules say you have to be 13. This has been effective on our 12-year-old.

Oh my gosh, I recently had this same conversation with my eight year old, except it was Twitter and Youtube accounts. I too said not yet and promised to write and post something on my account if he wanted me to. He hasn't asked yet.
Eden, you look really nice in the video!
What can I say, I'm superficial. Couldn't focus on the content.
When Jackson does one day open a Facebook account, I have his profile picture right here.
God, you're so famous.
