And here I assumed that you were a 3 day a week-er all this time. You are going to feel so accomplished at the end of your every day yoga-ing. Peace.

I do nothing and yes I'm bragging. Having met Queen Eden in person I can tell you she's tall and thin and looks like she needs a sandwich.

Reading the comments made me want to take a nap. And eat a sandwich.

Ok. I need the bending and breathing. I am frayed and gluey, if not cementy, without the bending and breathing. I just need to find a happy + budget-friendly studio in Indianapolis. Thanks for the motivation!

I thought that becoming a yoga teacher would force me into a daily practice. And it has, but not in the way I had imagined. Some days it's all I can do to just get a savasana. But my teacher told me that just the act of setting out your mat every day is practice. It's setting the intention. Same thing with you purchasing the $150 package.

Good luck and enjoy!

Yay, brave you!

So are you enlightened yet? I'm not being snarky. I keep thinking if I did yoga every day for like a week, I'd be so enlightened. A flock of birds could crap on my head and I wouldn't even flinch. Also, I would never die.

I need that kind of delusion to motivate me. Someday, when I'm brave enough.

Earlier this summer, when I had to tone down my running, i started practicing yoga every day (instead of just 2 or 3 days per week).

It was a pain (literally), but I never felt better. (And I finally - FINALLY - held crow. And that is the most significant accomplishment I've had in the 14 months I've been blissfully unemployed).

Also laughing at the patchouli requirement... my husband always says I come home from yoga smelling like dirt (my favorite instructor gives a small head / scalp massage at the end of practice with you guessed it, patchouli oil.) Good luck with your every day practice!
