Of course, since my car is also pre-Millenial, they found a bunch of other stuff wrong and it ended up setting me back about triple what I thought it might, thus eating up most of my bonus. Especially the last bit because I 100% agree that some things are worth the wait. I sent a resume off last October to my dream firm and crossed my fingers really hard that I'd get to work there only to be completely ignored for six months. I started there yesterday.
